Peter Griffin in Family Guy. I think he is the most cute and cuddly and adorable character.
He makes stupid things and laughs about it. Once he wrecks his car into a TV Antenna and whole colony is wondering who did that.
Then he blames his daughter as they both did it. He teaches her driving in the wrong way where he says,'If you see a car riding next to you while driving, make sure you always race and win'..lol..
